Apex Kitchen Rx in partnership with licensed wellness professionals provides participants the practical knowledge needed for independent living. Each session focuses on a combination of essential cooking techniques, efficient planning and budgeting strategies, and smart shopping tips for selecting ingredients. Participants learn hands-on skills and how to effectively manage resources while making informed decisions to support an independent lifestyle.
