Our Open Table Memberships offer monthly access to hands-on cooking classes that explore culinary traditions from around the world—while staying rooted in the Hudson Valley. Learn techniques and flavors from global kitchens as we prepare dishes inspired by diverse cultures.
Every recipe begins with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients from Hudson Valley farms and producers. This way, you can master global cooking skills while celebrating the freshest flavors our region has to offer—connecting the world to your plate, one class at a time.
Memberships are offered on a sliding scale so everyone in our community can join the table. Whether you’re looking for a few classes a month or unlimited access, there’s a tier that fits your budget and schedule.
Solidarity Level
100$Every month(2 classes a month) Sliding-Scale Memberships — Applies to all classes, with the exception of Family Table classes. Membership includes priority registration, discounts, and access to pop-up classes.- Classes welcome all ages and skill levels
