Village Thanksgiving Meal Prep Series
Less time in the kitchen. More time with family.
Join Chef Cynthia of Apex Kitchen Rx for a hands-on, two-part series designed to make Thanksgiving preparation easier. Working together, participants will prepare appetizers, traditional sides and desserts for their families while learning practical techniques for making dishes ahead, freezing components and finishing or reheating them for the holiday table.
Each participant will take home prepared dishes or components with storage and finishing instructions. Recipes serve a family of eight and can easily be doubled at home.
Part 1 — Sunday, November 8, 2026: Spinach and artichoke dip, traditional herb stuffing components, sweet potato casserole with brown sugar crumble, and an apple crisp kit.
Part 2 — Sunday, November 22, 2026: Cranberry and Brie puff pastry bites, creamy make-ahead mashed potatoes, green beans with mushroom cream sauce, and a pumpkin pie kit.
