What guests can expect
A guided, hands-on experience that complements the venue rather than replacing its identity. Guests participate in preparing all or part of the menu, learn approachable techniques, and enjoy the finished food within the venue experience.
Group size
Determined jointly based on the kitchen or prep area, seating, service flow, equipment, staffing, and guest experience. Apex prioritizes a capacity that allows meaningful participation.
What the venue provides
A permitted event space, agreed kitchen or preparation access, utilities, tables and seating, waste handling, on-site beverage service when applicable, and a clear point of contact.
Marketing, ticketing, staffing, insurance, licensing, and cleanup responsibilities are assigned in the partnership agreement.
Menus + pairings
Apex develops the culinary concept in collaboration with the venue. The venue retains control of beverage selection and service; pairings are finalized together after tasting and operational review when appropriate.
Pricing
Ticket price, revenue share, venue fee, minimum guarantee, ingredient responsibility, taxes, refunds, and payment timing are agreed in writing for each event. Private bookings are quoted according to scope.

Scheduling + inquiries
Venue partners should contact Apex with the proposed season or date range, expected attendance, available facilities, beverage or farm focus, preferred event format, and marketing timeline. Six or more weeks of lead time is recommended for public ticketed events.
